I’m not sure if they’re made anymore, the brand is Quantaray. I may be wrong though. The filter is new to me, but it was owned by a friend of my mother’s who no longer had any use for it.

I can’t really explain what it does, haha. The name of it is pretty self-explanatory: it replicates one section of the image three times in the shapes of triangles and gives it an amazing surreal quality.
